Jack's Technology career began in 2008 at BT – working within the Landline and Broadband team to provide cost savings and Technology Solutions for businesses across the UK.
He quickly learned of a more prosperous career opportunity in the channel market – working for privately owned Communications Providers, where he honed his skills and knowledge in B2B Communications Solutions. Here he specialised in helping businesses with SD-WAN, Fibre Broadband, Mobile, Hosted Telephone Systems and Call Centres Solutions.
With a real drive for success, Jack soon progressed into a senior Technical Sales Role where he worked with larger organisations on their entire infrastructure – specifically, managed Networks and Internal IT Security Systems. Having reached the ceiling, Jack then decided to set up a Communications Company named Phoenix Communications, focusing on Telephony & IT Solutions, ultimately expanding to include Cyber Security Services. This prompted a rather appropriate rebrand to CYB3R. CYB3R is currently extremely successful in the UK – helping many businesses with their entire Technology and Security requirements.
But Jack had no plans to slow down. With a relocation to Dubai, it became very apparent to him that there was a huge disparity between the knowledge around Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and overall Governance within the Cybersecurity sector – compared to businesses in the UK – who had a basic understanding of GDPR, Cyber Essentials and general IT Security.
Jack is now the Co-Founder of CYB3R in the UAE and is committed to supporting SME’s with bespoke Cybersecurity Services, specialising in Advisory and Technology Solutions to protect their businesses, their staff members and their data.
